The Association Office will close early at 12:00pm today for a staff event. We will be open for regular business hours 8:30am Monday, November 20.
Yard Waste Wednesday
Leaf removal: Residents removing leaves from their yard are required to use compostable paper bags or a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". Wednesday is yard waste pick-up day through December. If plastic bags are used, the yard waste will NOT be picked up.
Bag Limit: Please remember that there is an 8 bag limit on leaves on yard waste pick-up day. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Upcoming December Assessment Payment
The next assessment payment is due December 1. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice. LRPRA offers many ways to make your payment in a timely manner. Please visit the Assessment Payments Page on the website for further information.
Recurring Electronic Payments: We strongly encourage homeowners to set up recurring electronic payments. Recurring Auto-Draft (ACH) payments can be made in your Homeowner Portal for free.
Watch for Monthly Statements Mailed This Week
If you have opted into the mailing option rather than paperless for your assessment statements, you should expect them to arrive later this week. Please review the information carefully for updates to our lockbox. We appreciate the cooperation of the community as we make these updates for more efficient financial processes. Trash Collection Landfill Tipping Fee Q&A
For those with questions about the new tipping fee for trash, we have reached out to the Prince William County Solid Waste Division to provide some clarity and detail behind the change. County News: Community Shred
Mega Paper Shred at Pfitzner Stadium: PWC Residents if you have confidential documents you want to shred this event is for you! Tomorrow from 9am to 1pm at the old Potomac Nationals Baseball Stadium(7 County Complex Court) take your bank statements and tax returns and have them shred for FREE! NO need to remove staples or paper clips. Place your items in the trunk of the car and when you arrive at the stadium someone will remove them for you.
