Submitted incomplete tenant registration?
Partially submitted, incomplete tenant registrations will be discarded December 31st. This means that Homeowners with tenants who have not submitted ALL requirements for tenant registration together (completed form, copy of lease agreement and payment of administration fee) will have to re-submit information with the start of the new year. Partial submissions will no longer be held at the Association office after this date. The Association has sent a courtesy email to those properties that provided contact information. Contact the Recreation department if you have any questions about the status of your property's submitted paperwork.

How to dispose of your Christmas tree
After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie & Son trash service will pick up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated!
