Send a Special Someone a Letter from Santa
Send the loved ones in your life a personalized letter from the North Pole this holiday season! Include some fun details and see their faces light up with surprise when they receive a note and small gift inside. Fill out the form and return it to the Association Office. Cost is $5 for Members or $7 for Non-Members.

Visit with Santa at the Ornament Hunt
Bring the kids out on December 7th from 2:00 - 4:00pm to hunt for ornaments for the tree, sip hot chocolate, make a craft and get those family photos with Santa-- and this year, bring the dog for some fun shots too! Find more info on the website.
The Ornament Hunt will start promptly at 2:30pm on the Canterbury Woods grounds. Children infant through 10 years old are welcome to participate. $5 per child for Members and $7 per child for the general public. Pictures with Santa, crafts, games and music will be inside. B.Y.O. bag to collect ornaments and bring a camera for photos with Santa! Doggie photos will take place from 4:00 - 5:00pm.
Lake Ridge Loves to Give Back
Toys for Tots: The Marine Corps Toys for Tots program collects new, unwrapped toys to give to children in need. Bring your donations to the Association office from November 25th to December 16th. We always receive at least a few full boxes worth of toys each year and are proud of this community's generous spirit!
Warm Donations: Drop off new scarves, gloves and hats to the Association office through December 30th to keep those less fortunate warm this winter. Items will be donated to the local ACTS Homeless Shelter.

What to Do with Your Leaves
Association Removal: Leaf pick up on Association-owned turfed common areas is done from October to mid-March (weather and conditions permitting). We ask that homeowners bag leaves from their yards and dispose of them on yard waste pick-up day.
Trash Pickup: Please remember that there is an 8-bag limit on leaves on yard waste pick-up day. Yard waste pick-up day is your last scheduled trash pick-up day of the week. Putting the leaves out later in the week helps with pick-up of trash from the weekend when they pick up earlier in the week. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
