Come meet your Board Candidates
Meet the Candidates Night: Come out January 7th at 7:00pm to the Tall Oaks Community Center to meet the candidates that will be running in this 2020 Board of Directions election. This night provides homeowners the opportunity to talk to board candidates, ask questions, and hear their positions on matters that pertain to the Lake Ridge community. See the agenda to find out what kind of questions will be asked of the candidates, and be sure to read their bios on pages 4-5 of Lake Ridge Today's most recent issue to learn more.
Election Voting: Cast your vote starting January 7th - February 11th. Homeowners have the opportunity to vote either by paper proxy/ballot (coming in the mail with instructions) or online. Lake Ridge must receive a quorum of 10% in order for the election to be viable. Your vote counts!

Spring sports registration officially open
Spring is coming and with it youth leagues! Sign up your kids ages 4-10 for soccer, 4-6 for t-ball or 7-8 for coach pitch with the Association. Our programs are a great introduction to athletics, encouraging exercise, confidence and social skills. Price is $70 for Members and $80 for the general public. Registration closes February 28th, so don't wait until it feels like spring to get signed up!

Club & Class Open House: Looking to get involved in the community? Come and see what clubs and classes the Association has to offer on January 18th from 1:00-3:00pm at the Canterbury Woods Community Center. See more about the event and the list of clubs and classes on our website.

Announcing our new Covenants Assistants
The Association is pleased to announce our new hires to the Covenants Department. Please welcome our new members of the Lake Ridge Association staff, here to serve the community!
Ramona Ciorcila is a graduate of Transilvania University with an undergraduate degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Penal Law of Affairs. Ramona has worked as an Assistant Property Manager with Paradigm Management in Crystal City, VA. Ramona is fluent in Romanian and German.
Trent Hunter worked previously as a Repair Technician, Quality Auditor, Lead Quality Auditor for CIS Secure Computing and then as Quality Assurance Manager for ACCUCAL Inc. For approximately two years Trent and his brother owned and operated a food truck named BBQ Brothers LLC. Trent and his family reside in Lake Ridge.
