Vote for your 2020 Board of Directors
Vote for who you want on YOUR Board here in Lake Ridge! Paper ballots received in the mail can be sent back to or dropped off at the Association office. To vote online, have ready your unique username and password printed on your ballot. Lake Ridge must receive a quorum of 10% in order for the election to be viable. Voting closes February 11th. Your vote counts!

PayLease maintenance update on Jan. 11th
PayLease, one of the Association's online assessment payment platforms, has a maintenance update scheduled for Saturday, January 11th from 12:00pm to approximately 4:00pm. The PayLease website online payments application will be unavailable during this time, and residents will be unable to make a payment. Once the maintenance window is completed, all processes will resume as usual.
Registration for spring sports in full swing
Youth leagues registration is now open and the Recreation department is already getting plenty of registrants. Sign up your kids ages 4-10 for soccer, 4-6 for t-ball or 7-8 for coach pitch with the Association. Our programs are a great introduction to athletics, encouraging exercise, confidence and social skills. Price is $70 for Members and $80 for the general public. Registration closes February 28th, so don't wait until it feels like spring to get signed up!

Get involved with a Lake Ridge club or class
Open House: Looking to get involved in the community? Come and see what clubs and classes the Association has to offer on January 18th from 1:00-3:00pm at the Canterbury Woods Community Center. See more about the event and the list of clubs and classes on our website.

Job posting for Finance Analyst
The Association is hiring in the Finance department. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and IT and is responsible for GL and Homeowner account analysis, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, assisting with preparation of monthly financial statements, and providing backup assistance on payment processing, A/P processing and HOA requests. Holiday lights & decor removal after 30 days
The Covenants department would like to remind Members that exterior holiday lights and decorations may be displayed no more than 30 days after the holiday. Staff regularly monitors compliance, particularly during the upcoming neighborhood inspections beginning in February. As always, any issues with a specific property may be shared with staff via the Covenants Concern Form.
Be a good neighbor by cleaning up after your pets
A friendly reminder that dog waste must be picked up and disposed of when walking through the neighborhood. See Prince William County's animal related laws for more information. Thank you for keeping your community clean!
