Lake Ridge Creative Preschool is one of the Association’s crowning sponsored programs. State-licensed and competitively priced, the program continues to serve as a staple of the Lake Ridge community by providing a quality learning experience and preparing our 3-4 year olds to enter elementary school with confidence. Registration opens exclusively to Association Members on February 3rd and is offered at a special discount, providing prime space until it opens to the general public on March 2nd. Board of Directors Election - Don’t miss the opportunity to VOTE!

Welcome to Douglas Milburn, Director of Administration and Human Resources
Doug received his B.S. in Management and his M.S. in Business Education from Virginia Tech. Doug spent 10 years as a teacher in Manassas and Fredericksburg, and was previously the chair of the Health and Physical Education Department and is currently the Head wrestling coach at Colgan Senior High School. In 2011 he was the recipient of the Spotsylvania County Middle School Teacher of the Year Award. Doug is CPR and First Aid certified.
Covenants Reminder
All residents are reminded that COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are NOT permitted to be parked on LRPRA-owned streets or in townhome subdivisions when not actively working. These include vehicles with lettering or advertising, tools, ladders, machinery, equipment, supplies, or debris that is visible. These vehicles can and will be towed at the owner’s expense. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
