Board of Directors vacancy-- send cover letter and resume by February 28 at 5pm
Due to a recent resignation a vacancy exists on the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association Board of Directors. The term for this board position lasts for approximately one year and expires in February 2021. Under the association’s governing documents (By-Laws Article IV, Section 3), the Board will vote to fill this open vacancy at its meeting on March 10, 2020.
Homeowners who are interested in serving the community and are in good standing (no delinquencies or architectural violations) are requested to send an e-mail with a cover letter and resume/biography by February 28, 2020 to the Chief Operating Officer/General Manager at imutlu@lakeridgeva.com. Annual "spring sweeps" compliance checks
Residents should be advised that LRPRA Covenants Department personnel are currently conducting annual “Spring Sweeps,” wherein the fronts of residences will be checked for compliance with applicable HOA rules and regulations. These drive-by inspections are expected to be completed within 90 days.
