Community Center Availability Request

  2. You as the resident will be the party held responsible for the rental, present at the appointment to complete the contract under your name, and responsible for key pick-up on the scheduled date.

  3. You must be an Association Member and your property must be in good standing to rent a community center. Proof of residency required at appointment (Photo ID with Lake Ridge Address).

  6. If you are renting for a Non-Profit event, proof of 501(c)3 tax status is required and must be attached here to qualify for discounted rate. Availability limited to Monday-Thursday.

  7. Appointment Time Preference (Wednesdays Only)*

    You will receive an email response confirming availability with a specific appointment time offered. Your tentative appointment for the requested date will be held for 2 days until you email back confirming attendance. You must reply within 2 days or your request will be deleted and date offered to others.

  8. Expect a reply from Lake Ridge regarding availability within 2 business days. Requests not processed on Wednesdays.
